How does billing work?
You are billed a fixed monthly amount. The first payment is processed immediately upon authorization. Subsequent payments recur automatically every month via Cashfree.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Contact support to adjust your plan — we'll handle the proration.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, and eNACH (auto-debit from bank account) through our payment partner Cashfree.
Is there a free trial?
We offer free access to selected content for evaluation. Full product access requires an active subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancelling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
What happens if a payment fails?
We retry automatically. If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, access will be suspended. You can update your payment method and resubscribe.
