SAGCEM — SAGAR CEMENTS SWINGS TO Q1 LOSS OF ₹167.3M ON LOWER INCOME

Sagar Cements reported a consolidated net loss of ₹167.31 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, a sharp reversal from a net profit of ₹142.75 million in the same quarter last year. The negative performance was driven by a decline in total income, which fell to ₹6,036.07 million from ₹6,310.21 million a year ago. The results point to challenging conditions in the regional cement market.
