Government|Regulation — Kuwait's finance ministry revises fees for government tenders and grievances

Kuwait's Ministry of Finance has issued a new decision adjusting the fee structure for participating in government tenders and filing related grievances. The cost for tender documents will now range from KWD 10 to KWD 50, depending on the project's estimated value up to KWD 75,000. Grievance fees have been set between KWD 125 and KWD 1,000, also contingent on the tender's value and type.
