RAK — RAK COURT TO AUCTION MIDDLE EAST METAL INDUSTRIES ASSETS; STARTING BID AED 6.7M

The Ras Al Khaimah courts will hold a public auction on July 29, 2026, for the assets of Middle East Metal Industries LLC. The sale includes usufruct rights for buildings and movable assets at the company's 15,065-square-meter site in the Al Ghail Industrial area. The starting bid is set at AED 6.71 million, comprising AED 4.04 million for the building rights and AED 2.67 million for the movable assets.
