LOHIACORP — Lohia Corp launches IPO to raise up to ₹1,102 crore; sets price band at ₹404-425

Technical textile machinery maker Lohia Corp has opened its initial public offering, aiming to raise between ₹1,047.6 crore and ₹1,102.1 crore. The IPO is a complete offer for sale by existing shareholders, with a price band of ₹404 to ₹425 per share. The offering, which closes on July 27, values the company at up to ₹4,490 crore at the upper end of the band.
