CESC announces special window for transfer, demat of physical securities

CESC Limited is providing a special window for the transfer and dematerialization of physical securities that were transacted prior to April 1, 2019. The window is open from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. Securities processed under this facility will be issued in dematerialized form and will be under a mandatory one-year lock-in.
