BANKBARODA — Bank of Baroda probes massive data breach; nearly 1TB of customer data leaked

State-run Bank of Baroda has launched a forensic investigation following a major cyberattack that allegedly exposed nearly 1 terabyte of data on the dark web. The compromised information reportedly includes customer Aadhaar details, loan records, and internal audit files. The bank stated the breach originated from an employee's email but affirmed its core banking systems remain secure.
