BRICS — UAE PARTICIPATES IN BRICS TRANSPORT MEETING, FOCUSES ON SAF AND SUPPLY CHAIN

The United Arab Emirates participated in the third BRICS Transport Ministers' meeting in Nagpur, India, contributing to discussions on sustainable infrastructure and decarbonization. The UAE delegation, from the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, joined talks on enhancing supply chain efficiency and developing smart urban mobility solutions. The meeting concluded with a cooperation roadmap that prioritizes the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and the establishment of a joint railway research network among member nations.
