MV Electrosystems launches IPO with price band of ₹157-166 per share

MV Electrosystems Ltd. is launching its initial public offering today, August 3, with the issue closing on August 5. The company has set a price band of ₹157 to ₹166 per equity share for the offering, which could raise up to ₹3.15 billion at the upper end. The IPO consists of a fresh issue of 15.18 million shares and an offer for sale of 3.8 million shares.
