ARDEEIND — Ardee Industries sets IPO price band at ₹50-53 per share; offer opens Aug 5

Ardee Industries has fixed the price band for its initial public offering at ₹50 to ₹53 per equity share. The IPO, which will open for subscription on August 5 and close on August 7, comprises a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to ₹3,200 million and an offer for sale of up to 19.975 million shares by its promoters. The company, which specializes in recycling energy storage products, will be listed on the main boards of the BSE and NSE.
