CFMARC — CFMARC takes possession of Greater Noida flat over ₹24.2 lakh default

CFM Asset Reconstruction Private Limited has taken symbolic possession of a residential flat in Greater Noida under the SARFAESI Act on July 27, 2026. The action follows a default on a loan with an outstanding amount of ₹24,21,749 as of February 2020. The loan was originally disbursed by Sammaan Capital Limited (formerly Indiabulls Housing Finance) and later assigned to CFMARC.
