NEXUS SELECT TRUST Q1 NDCF RISES 10% YOY; CONSUMPTION GROWS 17%

Nexus Select Trust posted solid first-quarter results, with Net Distributable Cash Flows (NDCF) rising 10% year-over-year to ₹2,983 million. The REIT's total income for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, grew 16% to ₹6,503.2 million. Tenant sales across its portfolio showed strong momentum, with consumption growing 17% compared to the same period last year.
