TCS TO ACQUIRE PORSCHE'S IT UNIT FOR $373M, INKS $1.45B STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

Tata Consultancy Services will acquire German automotive consulting firm MHP for €320 million ($373.4 million) in an all-cash deal. Separately, TCS has secured a five-year, €1.25 billion ($1.45 billion) strategic partnership with Porsche AG to industrialize AI across the automaker's value chain. The acquisition of MHP, which had a turnover of €742 million in 2025, will deepen TCS's presence in Germany and the European automotive sector.
