Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) India reported an 11% year-on-year increase in retail sales to 1,665 units for the first quarter of FY27, driven by robust demand for its flagship SUV models. The Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, and Defender models accounted for over 85% of sales. The company noted a surge in inquiries for its high-performance SV variants following price reductions enabled by the India-UK Free Trade Agreement.
