TTF — European Gas Storage Hits Record Lows in Germany and Netherlands Ahead of Winter
BearishEnergy
Natural gas storage levels in Germany and the Netherlands have dropped to the lowest levels ever recorded for this time of year, raising concerns about Europe's energy security heading into the winter heating season. As of late July, German storage facilities were only 46.19% full, holding 10.1 billion cubic meters. Dutch storage was even lower at 35.34% capacity, with just 4.5 billion cubic meters, the lowest since data collection began in 2011.
