AMRUTANJAN HEALTH CARE NOTIFIES SHAREHOLDERS OF IEPF TRANSFER DEADLINE

Amrutanjan Health Care has issued a notice regarding the mandatory transfer of shares to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. The transfer applies to shares for which the final dividend for FY 2018-19 has remained unclaimed for seven consecutive years. Shareholders have until October 9, 2025, to claim their shares and unpaid dividends before the transfer is executed.
