IRAQ — IRAQ SEIZES ANOTHER 27B DINARS IN DEPUTY OIL MINISTER CORRUPTION PROBE

Iraqi authorities have seized an additional 27 billion dinars (approx. $20.6 million) as part of an expanding corruption investigation involving the detained Deputy Oil Minister for Refining Affairs. The case has already led to the recovery of hundreds of billions of dinars, large sums of US dollars, and gold bullion.
