TIDCO — Tamil Nadu's TIDCO offers 99-year lease on Chennai Fintech City plots

The Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation (TIDCO) is inviting bids for long-term leasing rights for three developed plots in its Fintech City project in Nandambakkam, Chennai. The plots, ranging from 2.13 to 2.66 acres, are being offered via an e-tender cum e-forward auction for a 99-year period. The deadline for bid submission is August 31, 2026.
