GMADA — Punjab's GMADA to auction premium commercial, residential sites worth over ₹415 Cr

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) has launched an e-auction for premium properties in SAS Nagar, with reserve prices totaling over ₹415 crore. The auction, running from July 20 to August 19, 2026, includes commercial, hospital, hotel, and mixed-use sites. Notable offerings include three hotel sites starting at ₹112.23 crore and 11 mixed-use sites from ₹173.37 crore. GMADA is offering incentives such as allotment on just 10% payment and a 15% rebate for lump-sum payments within 90 days.
