TATATRUSTS — Tata Trusts granted third extension in hearing over Mistry's governance complaints

The Tata Trusts have been given an additional six weeks to file responses to objections raised by former trustee Mehli Mistry regarding alleged governance lapses. This marks the third extension sought by the trusts in the proceedings before the Maharashtra charity commissioner. The next hearing for the matter, which involves the Sir Ratan Tata Trust and others, is scheduled for September 8.
