LODHA — Lodha Developers to monetize data centre park land for ₹10,000 Cr

Real estate firm Lodha Developers plans to generate ₹10,000 crore in sales over the next three to four years by monetizing 150 acres of land at its data centre park in Palava, near Mumbai. The company will sell the land at an average price of about ₹60 crore per acre. Proceeds from the land sales will be used to self-fund the development of approximately 1 gigawatt of powered shell capacity at the park, which is projected to generate over ₹2,000 crore in annual rental income by FY32.
