GVELECTRIC — G V Electricals to launch IPO on BSE SME platform, price band at Rs 123-130

G V Electricals Ltd, a provider of power distribution infrastructure services, is set to launch its initial public offering on the BSE SME exchange. The company has fixed a price band of Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share for the issue, which will be open for subscription from July 31 to August 4. The IPO comprises an offer of 3.25 million equity shares.
