ZEE CEO PUNIT GOENKA TO STEP DOWN FROM CHAIRMAN'S OFFICE POST-MERGER

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. (ZEEL) CEO Punit Goenka will relinquish his role in the chairman's office as part of the company's merger agreement with Sony. The Goenka family is set to retain a 3.99% stake in the merged entity. The deal is currently awaiting final approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
