KDIPA — Chinese energy tech firm to establish hazardous waste treatment unit in Kuwait

China's Panjin Newtide Energy Technology Co. has received approval from the Kuwait Direct Investment Promotion Authority (KDIPA) to establish a local subsidiary. The new entity, Newtide Kuwait, will be capitalized at KWD 5 million and will specialize in the treatment and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous waste. This investment marks a significant entry into Kuwait's environmental services and waste management sector.
