BDRPHARMA — BDR Pharma emerges as frontrunner to acquire controlling stake in ACME Formulation

BDR Pharmaceuticals is reportedly leading the race to acquire a majority stake in fellow drugmaker ACME Formulation. The potential transaction is estimated to be valued in the range of ₹2,500 crore to ₹3,000 crore. A successful deal would significantly expand BDR Pharma's manufacturing capacity and product portfolio.
