Saudi Arabia's Public Health Authority (Weqaya) has highlighted a cure rate exceeding 95% for Hepatitis C, thanks to early detection and modern antiviral treatments. The authority emphasized that the current treatment regimen typically lasts between 8 to 12 weeks and has fewer side effects than older therapies. Weqaya continues to promote vaccination and early screening as key pillars of its strategy to combat the viral infection.
