JUNIPER — Juniper Green Energy launches Rs 1,800 crore IPO; price band set at Rs 214-225

Renewable energy producer Juniper Green Energy is set to raise up to Rs 18,000 million (Rs 1,800 crore) through an initial public offering. The price band for the issue has been fixed at Rs 214 to Rs 225 per equity share. The IPO, which consists entirely of a fresh issue of shares, will open for subscription on July 30 and close on August 3, with the anchor investor portion opening on July 29.
