The promoter group of Elpro International Limited has proposed a voluntary delisting of the company's equity shares from the BSE. The offer is to acquire 4.23 crore shares, representing 25% of the company's capital, from public shareholders at a fixed price of ₹181.80 per share. This price represents a 15% premium over the calculated floor price of ₹158.07.
