Brookfield in talks to acquire PGP Glass from Blackstone in deal up to $1.5B

Brookfield is in advanced negotiations to acquire PGP Glass from Blackstone for an enterprise value between $1.3 billion and $1.5 billion. A binding agreement for the specialty glass packaging manufacturer is anticipated within the next two to three weeks. The deal would mark a successful exit for Blackstone from its six-year-old investment, which it acquired in 2020 for $765 million.
