India cuts export duties on diesel and aviation turbine fuel

The Indian government has reduced export duties on key petroleum products, effective September 16. The levy on diesel has been cut by Rs 5 per litre to Rs 20, and the duty on aviation turbine fuel (ATF) was lowered by Rs 4 per litre to Rs 15. The export duty on petrol was also reduced by Rs 1 to Rs 0.50 per litre.
