CUBEHWY — Cube Highways Trust launches ₹5,000 crore public offer to convert to public InvIT

Cube Highways Trust is seeking to raise up to ₹50,000 million (₹5,000 crore) through an offer for sale of its units as it converts from a privately listed to a public infrastructure investment trust (InvIT). The price band for the offer has been set at ₹151 to ₹152 per unit, with a minimum application size of 95 units. The offer, which closes on July 24, 2026, is backed by the trust's portfolio of road assets and its AAA/Stable credit ratings from multiple agencies.
