GODREJ GROUP TO INVEST ₹20,000 CRORE IN HARYANA REAL ESTATE, COMMERCIAL PROJECTS

The Godrej Industries Group has signed an MoU with the Haryana government to invest approximately ₹20,000 crore in the state, a move expected to generate around 40,000 jobs. Godrej Properties will lead the investment with a planned ₹16,000 crore outlay by FY28 for residential and commercial projects. Godrej Ventures, the group's private equity arm, will contribute another ₹3,500 crore, primarily for Grade A+ office infrastructure in Gurugram.
