Nvidia's physical AI division, which develops chips and software for robots, cars, and drones, is already a $10 billion annual business that CEO Jensen Huang predicts will grow tenfold in the next decade. Chinese firms have become major customers, particularly in the humanoid robot sector, where China accounts for about 90% of global shipments. While the U.S. has restricted sales of Nvidia's top AI chips to China, its less powerful automotive and robotics chips are not currently subject to the same export controls.
