PPFAS — PPFAS AMC valued at nearly ₹15,800 crore in stake sale by CIO Rajeev Thakkar

A recent transaction has pegged the valuation of Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services (PPFAS) at approximately ₹15,800 crore. The valuation was established after Chief Investment Officer Rajeev Thakkar sold a 0.33% personal stake in the unlisted asset management company to WhiteOak Capital's AIF for ₹52 crore. This provides a rare pricing benchmark for the closely held parent of PPFAS Mutual Fund.
