Kotak Bank shortlists two internal candidates for CEO succession

Kotak Mahindra Bank has recommended two of its executive directors, Anup Saha and Paritosh Kashyap, to the Reserve Bank of India for the chief executive officer position. The move is part of the succession plan for current CEO Ashok Vaswani, whose term concludes on December 31, 2026. Saha currently heads retail banking, while Kashyap is in charge of the wholesale banking business.
