BullishTrade
Jordan's exports to the United Kingdom surged by 88% to $37.2 million in the first third of the year, while UK FDI stock in Jordan reached £6.4 billion by the end of 2024. Amid this growing momentum, Jordan is seeking to expand its post-Brexit partnership agreement with the UK to include the trade of services, particularly in the technology, finance, and tourism sectors. Amman is also pushing for a 15-year extension of simplified rules of origin to further boost its export competitiveness.
