The Jordanian government expects to complete the digitization of 100% of its automatable public services by the end of 2026, according to the Minister of Digital Economy. The current digitization rate stands at 85.5%, with over 2.88 million citizens now using the 'Sanad' national digital ID application. The initiative includes 15 comprehensive service centers across the country that handle 200,000 transactions monthly.
