Sunshine Pictures IPO opens Aug 18, aims to raise up to Rs 282 crore

Film production house Sunshine Pictures has set the price band for its initial public offering at Rs 342-360 per share. The IPO, which will open for subscription on August 18, 2026, consists of a fresh issue of 4.8 million shares and an offer for sale of 3.04 million shares. At the upper end of the price band, the company aims to raise approximately Rs 282.14 crore.
