Technocraft Ventures sets IPO price band at ₹200-212/share, opens Aug 7

Infrastructure EPC firm Technocraft Ventures Ltd. has fixed a price band of ₹200 to ₹212 per share for its initial public offering. The IPO, which aims to raise up to ₹2.52 billion, will open for subscription on August 7 and close on August 11. The offering comprises a fresh issue of 9.51 million shares and an offer for sale of 2.38 million shares by a promoter.
