INDIGO — IndiGo seeks to raise borrowing limit by 57% to INR 110,000 crore for expansion

InterGlobe Aviation Ltd., operator of IndiGo, is asking shareholders to approve a 57% increase in its borrowing limit to ₹110,000 crore (approx. $11.5 billion). The airline plans to use the additional ₹40,000 crore to finance its aggressive fleet expansion, capital expenditure, and working capital needs. The company expects to utilize its existing ₹70,000 crore limit within fiscal year 2027.
