JPMC.JO — JPMC'S JIFCO TO BOOST PHOSPHORIC ACID OUTPUT WITH $1B EXPANSION PROJECT

Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) is proceeding with a $1 billion expansion of its joint venture, the Jordanian-Indian Fertilizer Company (JIFCO). The project will increase JIFCO's annual production capacity to 1 million tons of phosphoric acid. This expansion is expected to raise JPMC's domestic consumption of raw phosphate by over 2 million tons per year, significantly boosting its downstream industrial capacity.
