Government — India to set up fast-track courts to prosecute exam paper leak cases

In response to widespread protests over examination irregularities, the Indian government has announced it will establish fast-track courts to handle cases related to paper leaks. Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated the move is intended to ensure swift and stringent punishment for those involved. The new courts will enforce the recently enacted Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
