Juniper Green Energy Files for IPO; Seeks to Raise ₹1,800 Cr via Fresh Issue

Juniper Green Energy has filed for an initial public offering, which includes a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹1,800 crore. The IPO also contains an offer for sale of up to 14.36 million equity shares by existing shareholders. The bid period for the public issue is scheduled to run from September 4 to September 6, 2026.
