ESDS SOFTWARE SOLUTION SETS IPO PRICE BAND AT ₹408-429, AIMS TO RAISE ₹7,200M

ESDS Software Solution has announced a mainboard IPO to raise up to ₹7,200 million, with a price band of ₹408 to ₹429 per share. The public issue for the cloud and data center solutions provider will open on August 28 and close on September 1. At the cap price, the company is valued at a P/E ratio of 36.33 times its FY26 earnings.
